On January 18, 2012, the Supreme Court adopted modifications to Rule 407, including adoption of a mandated admissions colloquy. The mandated colloquy is effective April 1, 2012. All admissions shall be submitted to the court on this downloadable form. Attorneys for the juvenile shall review this form with the juvenile prior to entering the courtroom.
