I have practiced meditation for over 15 years. I spent many years as a Buddhist monk, learning from living meditation masters. In that time I studied the ancient Buddhist texts in their original Indo-Aryan language, pāli (similar to sanskrit), as well as the history and philosophy of the meditative traditions.
This embodied experience, coupled with a nuanced understanding of traditional texts, enables me to teach meditation to you in a powerful and effective way. You will come away with an ability to touch deep stillness within, and quickly progress in your practice.
